North Richland Hills will be participating in the Texas Warrant Round-Up Program from February 10 through March 3, 2017. To avoid being arrested, anyone with Class “C” warrants out of North Richland Hills should voluntarily appear at the North Richland Hills Court and make arrangements to bring their outstanding warrants into compliance. Options for bringing warrants into compliance include paying in full, completing a payment plan, or requesting an indigency hearing.
Payment plans require a 25 percent down payment with the remaining balance payable in monthly installments, as follows:
- Remaining balance of $1000 or less = $150 per month;
- Remaining balance of $1,001 to $2,000 = $250 per month;
- Remaining balance of $2,000 and over = $350 per month.
If you are unable to pay, you can meet with a Marshal or Supervisor to determine if other payment options may be available. If eligible, you will be given a compliance packet to complete and present, along with supporting documents , at a scheduled hearing before the Judge to review alternatives available to resolve your outstanding warrants.
Anyone who voluntarily appears at the North Richland Hills Municipal Court during the warrant round up to discuss bringing their outstanding warrants into compliance will not be arrested.
