Enjoy a free concert presented by HarpEssence at the North Richland Hills Public Library! The concert will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 3, 2012. With the exquisite sound of five grand harps, HarpEssesnce offers a unique listening experience. These professional musicians with an impressive array of training and experience are directed by Susan Koskelin and perform at various events across the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Substandard Building Board Meeting

The North Richland Hills Substandard Building Board meets periodically, as needed. The board may order repair or demolition of structures that have been determined to be substandard.
