| Business Improvement and Growth (BIG) Program (Not shown on map.) | This initiative will help North Richland Hills revitalize aging structures along the Rufe Snow Drive, Davis Boulevard and Boulevard 26 corridors. The city has targeted visual enhancements beyond minimum standards required. | 121/183 Bedford Euless Exit - Analysis & Concept Study | Review of the preliminary 'Segment 2' of the North Tarrant Express schematic indicates that the Bedford Euless exit will be farther moved east toward Precinct Line. A poorly located exit, this project will provide TXDOT the necessary impact analysis and schematics to move the Bedford Euless westbound Exit approx 1/3 mile further west, utilizing the Davis & Boulevard 26 exit ramp. | ||

| 2 | Commercial Redevelopment Program | To provide infrastructure improvements to a future approved mixed use development project on the former North Hills Mall site. A portion of the funds were allocated to cover 1/2 the cost (est. $253,000) to build a pedestrian bridge connecting North Hills Hospital (NHH) and Calloway Creek Medical Office Building (MOB). The remaining funds will be utilized to assist in the redevelopment of other retail areas within the City. | Ongoing |
| 3 | TIF 1 Expansion- Intersection Improvements/Utility Burial | This project will consist of making improvements at two intersections and burying 1.25 miles of above ground utilites located along Boulevard 26.
