Powers and Duties	To perform the functions set out in Article 44-77 6b of the State law and recommend policy to the City Staff for operation of the City Animal Control Shelter.

Method of Appointment	By City Council
Qualifications	Place 1 shall be a Licensed Veterinarian, Place 2 shall be a City Official, Place 3 shall be an employee of the Animal Control Shelter, and Place 4 shall be a representative from an Animal Welfare Organization.
