Powers and Duties	The Corporation was organized as a Texas corporation with the power to issue Industrial Development Bonds. The Governing Body of the Unit has specifically authorized by resolution the Corporation to act on its behalf to further the specific purpose of the promotion and development of commercial, industrial and manufacturing enterprises and to promote and encourage employment.
