Powers and Duties	To advise the City Council on the installation and operation of a photographic traffic signal enforcement system established under Chapter 54 of the North Richland Hills Code of Ordinances. The committee receives results of traffic engineering studies prior to the installation of a photographic traffic signal enforcement system at an intersection.
Number of Members	Eight members
Term	One year terms expiring in June of each year
Meetings	At City Hall on "as needed" basis.
Method of Appointment	One member appointed by Mayor and one member appointed by each member of City Council.
