Karen Bostic, Managing Director

Karen Bostic earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Texas. She joined the City of North Richland Hills in 1999 as the City's Director of Budget & Research. Prior to this Ms. Bostic held positions with the City of Garland, Texas, the City of Kaufman, Texas and worked for several years in public accounting. Ms. Bostic oversees the following areas for the City of North Richland Hills: Budget, Finance, Information Services, Municipal Court and Support Services.
