Elizabeth Reining, Assistant to the City Manager

Elizabeth Reining received both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science from the University of Texas at Austin. She joined the City of North Richland Hills in the Spring of 2007 after working in South Texas for three years. She is a certified planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners and a member of the Texas City Management Association. Her areas of responsibility include the Northeast Transportation Services (NETS), parade permits, Charter Communication, gas leasing and special projects.
