Municipal Court Hours
The Municipal Court offices are open 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
The telephones are answered from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. The
Municipal Court will observe all City Holidays for closure purposes. The North
Richland Hills Teen Court also observes the Birdville School District holidays.

We are located on the Southeast corner of the intersection of NE Loop 820 and
Rufe Snow Drive. The Municipal Court offices are located on the SOUTH side of
the building that contains the North Richland Hills Library and Recreation
Center. You cannot obtain entrance to the Court office through the Library or
Recreation Center; the Municipal Court and Teen Court have a separate entrance
on the south side of the building.
