Behavior Code
Teen Court and all placement agencies are a formal and serious place, commanding respect from all those who participate in its operation. Participants are required to adhere to the dress and behavior code during all proceedings and at your assigned placement agency.
Teen Court and their placement agencies prohibit the use of alcohol, drugs, tobacco products and obscene language in or near the facility. Disruptive behavior or horseplay is prohibited and WILL result in removal from court or placement agency. Cellular phones or pages are also not allowed in use during Teen Court proceedings or at placement agencies. Telephones are available for emergency use or to call parents. Weapons of any kind are forbidden! Violations of any of these rules may result in loss of community service and your case(s) returned the Municipal Court. Your assigned community service agency may have their own dress code, please insure that you abide by it.
