Ambulance Billing
**New Contract Effective January 1, 2010
Dates of Ambulance Service: January 1, 2010 and after
The City has awarded a new contract to adpi Intermedix
for the billing and collection services related to emergency
ambulance services provided by the City’s Fire Department for
dates of service from January 1, 2010 and after. Intermedix
does file insurance (including Medicare/Medicaid) for ambulance
billing. All payments and correspondence should be forwarded to:

Southwest General Services will continue to provide billing and
collection services for emergency ambulance services provided by
the City’s Fire Department for dates of service for December 31, 2009
and prior. Southwest General Services does file insurance (including
Medicare/Medicaid) for ambulance billing. All payments and correspondence
should be forwarded to:
