Waste Hauler Permit
Liquid Waste Haulers that remove wastes from grease traps, grease interceptors
and sand traps within North Richland Hills must be permitted and inspected by
the Consumer Health Division. Permits must be renewed annually. Waste Haulers
must also purchase North Richland Hills trip ticket books through the Consumer
Health Division in order to monitor waste removal from businesses. A copy of
the manifest with the amount of waste removed must be left at the business, and
a copy of the manifest must be sent to the City of North Richland Hills
