Description:	Cross Timbers Park, a beautiful 101-acre park, is home to the popular Adventure World Playground and the recently completed youth baseball complex. The park derived its name from its forested areas and cross-timbers prairie. Much of the park is in its natural state offering views of native plants, grasses and wildlife. Hikers and walkers enjoy a mile of paved trail and 1.75 miles of nature trail, which meanders throughout the park.
