COMPLAINTS
The North Richland Hills Police Department seeks to maintain public confidence in the ability of the department to investigate and properly adjudicate complaints against its members.
A citizen who wishes to make a complaint against a member of the department should contact the department by phone at 817-427-7000 or in person at 7301 NE Loop 820. An after hours concern may be routed through police dispatch at 817-427-7000 for the on-duty supervisor.
Except in extenuating circumstances, a complaint is normally not accepted more than ninety (90) days after an incident occurs.
