| 01 | Briarwood Estates Drainage Improvements | Construction of a parallel storm drain system from the intersection of Briarwood Drive and Noneman Street south to tie in with the existing concrete lined channel at the end of Hewitt Street. The storm drain pipe and curb inlets will be designed and constructed to the City's current drainage criteria. | Design |
| 02 | Brookhaven Drainage Improvements | Installation of approximately 900 linear feet of storm drain pipe and several inlets from a nearby channel up to and along Brookhaven Drive. | Planning |
| 03 | Brookridge Drive Drainage Improvements | In response to multiple reports of excessive runoff through rear yards on Crestview Drive, approximately 400 linear feet (LF) of 8' concrete flume will be installed to convey runoff from Brookridge Drive to Crestview Drive. | Design |
| 04 | Eden Road Drainage Improvements | To alleviate the flooding of nearby homes, the bar ditch will be enlarged on the west side of Eden and a larger (24") culvert will be installed under an existing driveway to better convey the bar ditch flow to the west-side inlet. In addition, two 18" culverts are proposed under Eden Road to direct the excess runoff to the east-side inlet and minimize the runoff overtopping Eden. | Construction |
| 05 | Odell Street Drainage Improvements | Reconstruction of Odell Street from Davis Boulevard to Smithfield Road to current standards, providing the necessary capacity to effectively convey runoff to the Davis Boulevard storm drain system. | Construction |
| 06 | Steeple Ridge Drainage Improvements | Install a 5 foot wide concrete flume along the rear of five lots in the Steeple Ridge subdivision which will direct runoff from the large undeveloped tracts along Clay Hibbins Road to two existing flumes and convey the storm water runoff to the existing Steeple Ridge system. | Design |
| 07 | Heidelburg Court Drainage Improvements | Extending an existing 6" concrete flume on Jester Court Paving approximately 130 lineal feet along the eastern property line of 6400 Heidelburg Court. The flume will connect to the existing storm drain curb inlet in front of this property. Modifications to existing storm drain curb inlet will also be made. | |

| 09 | Meadowview Estates Channel Drainage Improvements | Reconstruction of the existing concrete channel from Northfield Park to Jill Court and constructing a larger bridge (box culverts) at Northfield Drive.
