Planning & Zoning

The Planning Department is charged with processing all zoning, specific use permit and site plan requests. Planning is also responsible for subdivision plat processing. The Department is responsible for processing Zoning Board of Adjustment cases as well as issues heard by the Landscape Review Board. Preparation and implementation of the City's Comprehensive Plan is another primary objective of this department.
