Building Services

Building Services is responsible for providing custodial services for 12 facilities and general maintenance, including HVAC, for 20 facilities. The staff consists of 13 employees. Certifications for various staff members include Class B State Contractor License, EPA Certification, Class C State Boiler License, CPO Certification, Network 8000 Energy Management, S.M.A. and Journeyman Electrical License.

Custodial services include daily cleaning, scheduled floor refinishing/maintenance and other minor maintenance. Square footage involved is approximately 160,187.

Building Services also provides general building maintenance including electrical and plumbing.

Approximately 191 HVAC systems are maintained by Building Services, including more than 900 tons of refrigeration.
