  • Do you reside in the city limits of North Richland Hills?
  • Are you behind on your waste/sanitation bill and in danger of disconnection for non-payment?
  • Are you experiencing events or crisis situations that have or will deplete your financial resources (i.e. medial, divorce, separation, or loss of primary source of income)?
  • Do you qualify for assistance under the Texas Commodity Assistance Programs (TEXCAP) income Eligibility Guidelines?

If you answered yes to all of these questions, you may qualify for the City of North Richland Hills Water and Sanitaion Bill Assistance Program.
