General Information
The City of North Richland Hills imposes an annual occupation tax on each coin operated machine located in a business. 

Occupation Tax Fee

• $15.00 per machine

Annual stickers for each machine will be issued.  Stickers are to be permanently affixed to the surface of the machine verifying payment of the City tax. Periodic inspections of the premises will be made to assure compliance is met.

Application
The application for city coin operated amusement machine can be presented in person or sent in with payment.  Please submit completed application to the Office of the City Secretary:
