The City of North Richland Hills has two early voting site locations:

  • Dan Echols Center, 6801 Glenview Drive; and
  • North Richland Hills Public Library, 9015 Grand Avenue 

There are several locations in Tarrant County where early voting is taking place and North Richland Hills registered voters may vote at any of the early voting sites in Tarrant County.  This page will be updated when the information becomes available.

Please park and enter on the East side of the building off of Morgan Circle.  Voting is in the main glass entrance.


North Richland Hills Public Library

Parking is located at the front of the building off of Grand Avenue or you may park in the back off of Hawk Avenue. Voting is in the Community meeting room.

In addition to early voting and voting on Election Day, the State mandates that municipalities allow citizens to vote by mail if they meet one of the following requirements:

  1. Age of voter is 65 or over on Election Day
  2. Voter is disabled
  3. Voter is confined in jail
  4. Voter expects to be out of the county on Election Day and during the regular hours for conducting early voting - ballot must be mailed to an address outside the county.

Applications for a ballot by mail may be submitted between March 10 and April 30, 2015.

ELECTION DAY VOTING - Saturday, May 9, 2015

Residents of North Richland Hills will go to the polls on May 9, 2015 to elect school board trustees for Birdville ISD and Keller ISD and trustees for Tarrant County College.  The candidates running for City Council in Places 1, 3, 5, and 7 were unopposed.  Therefore, the City of North Richland Hills will cancel the May 9, 2015 city election.  

On Election Day, voting will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Voters will be required to go to their designated voting location.  You can determine your voting location by the precinct number (four-digit number) that is listed on your voter registration card.
