The Richland Tennis Center is operated by the City of North Richland Hills Parks and Recreation Department. It is a 16-court facility featuring amenities that include: a sunken championship court, a pro shop, locker rooms, a meeting room and a concession area.

The Richland Tennis Center offers organized tennis programs and supervised tennis play for North Richland Hills and the surrounding communities. Programs offered by the center are supervised by tennis professionals who are certified by the United States Professional Tennis Association.
