About Us / Welcome
|Welcome to North Richland Hills
Just minutes from Dallas and Fort Worth, North Richland Hills is the third largest City in Tarrant County with more than 65,200 residents, 1,200 businesses and 30 major employers. Our community has much to offer with an excellent blend of neighborhoods, parks, dining, shopping, office and manufacturing space. We have a low crime rate, excellent public school system, one of the best public libraries in the state and nationally recognized parks and recreation program.
In 2006, North Richland Hills was named by Money Magazine as one of the 100 Best Places to Live in the United States. Cities making the list had the best possible blend of good jobs, low crime, quality schools, plenty of open space, reasonable home prices and lots to do.
In 2013, North Richland Hills was named by the Dallas Morning News as one of the Top 10 Safest Neighborhoods in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. NRH was one of only two communities in Tarrant County to make the Top 10 list.
