Garage Sale Permits Now Online

As a convenience to residents, the City of North Richland Hills is now issuing garage sale permits online. Residents may also view a list of upcoming garage sales on the City's web site.

To take advantage of these new services simply click here or go to the Online Services tab on the left side of the home page and select Garage Sale Permits. The online services are available 24 hours a day.

Garage sale permits may also be obtained at the Planning & Inspections Department at City Hall, 7301 N.E. Loop 820, for those who prefer to get a permit person. The Planning & Inspections Department is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Residents are allowed one garage sale at their home every six months. The garage sale cannot be held for longer than two days. The permit costs $6.00. For additional information about garage sale permits, please contact the NRH Planning & Development Department at 817-427-6300.

NRH residents can also pay their water bills and court fines online, and purchase tickets to NRH2O online. This site also allows residents to register for recreation classes online, schedule building inspections online and search the City's Code of Ordinances online.
