History Maker Moving Headquarters to NRH
The City of North Richland Hills welcomes History Maker Homes' corporate
headquarters to the community.
The homebuilding company plans to relocate its headquarters from Fort Worth to
North Richland Hills later this year. History Maker Homes will occupy nearly
19,500 square feet of office space in Richland Corporate Centre at 9001 to 9003
Airport Freeway. The relocation, which is expected to be complete in September,
will double the company's office space. The move will also put History Maker's
headquarters closer to the company's New Home Showroom at 7540 N. E. Loop 820
in North Richland Hills.
"History Maker Homes has experienced great growth and success in recent years
and we are delighted the company has decided to establish its headquarters in
our community," said North Richland Hills Mayor Oscar Trevino. "We welcome
History Maker employees to North Richland Hills and wish them much continued
success."
History Maker Homes will occupy all of the fourth floor and part of the sixth
floor of Richland Corporate Center. The nine-story, 139,175-square-foot
property is owned, leased and managed by Gaedeke Group, a Dallas-based
real-estate firm.
The Gaedeke Group has indicated that Richland Corporate Centre is now more than
95 percent leased and plans are underway for construction of a
150,000-square-foot, eight-story sister building, Richland Corporate Centre II.
Pre-leasing has begun and construction may start in the fourth quarter.
