Quad Cities Family 4th
Thousands of residents and visitors are expected to celebrate our country's
most patriotic holiday at the 2nd Annual Quad Cities Family 4th Fireworks Show.
The Cities of North Richland Hills, Haltom City, Richland Hills and the Quad
Cities DFW Foundation are hosting this year's spectacular event.
The show will start at 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4, and will include 20
minutes of dazzling and stunning pyrotechnics. The fireworks can be seen from
the parking lots of Wiley G. Thomas Coliseum in Haltom City as well as NRH
Village Center in North Richland Hills. Both are located south of Loop 820 near
the intersection of Boulevard 26 and Highway 10. Parking is free at both
locations and will be available on a first come first served basis, so plan to
come early. Vehicles will not be allowed to park along the street.
Patriotic music will be simulcast live during the fireworks show on KDKR Radio
91.3 FM. Don't forget to bring chairs, blankets, picnic baskets, food,
non-alcoholic drinks, and games for the family to play while waiting for the
fireworks. Please, make food ahead of time. No outdoor cooking or grilling
devices will be permitted. No personal fireworks will be allowed.
This free patriotic event is made possible thanks to the support of the
following sponsors: City of North Richland Hills, City of Richland Hills, City
of Haltom City, Quad Cities DFW, Birdville ISD, North Hills Hospital, Fort
Worth Star Telegram, Five Star Ford, Big Red, IESI, ATI and KDKR 91.3 FM.
