TEMPORARY CLOSURE, DEC 15-19
North Richland Hills Municipal Court will temporarily be closed Thursday, Dec. 15 through Monday, Dec. 19, for a software system conversion. Court services, inquiries into case information and online payments will not be available during this time. All court services will resume Tuesday, Dec. 20. Any due dates that fall within this closure period will be extended to Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022. The mission of the North Richland Hills Municipal Court is to serve its citizens, and guests within the community, in a courteous, efficient and professional manner. The court and it’s officers are dedicated to the principles of fair and impartial justice administered with respect and equality.
Plea & Payment
If you feel that you are guilty, or you do not wish to contest the charges alleged against you, a standard fine for the offense may be paid. The court offers a number of convenient payment options. Other options are also available for traffic offenses.
If you feel that you are not guilty of the offense as charged, you must appear before the Municipal Court Judge. If you wish to have a trial before the judge, it is necessary that you request a court date in person, or in writing, from the Municipal Court. You will be scheduled a date to return for your Municipal Court Trial. Verbal telephone requests will not be accepted. All requests must be made in person or in writing.
