Enjoy a fitness center that offers state-of-the-art equipment, an indoor track, gymnasium, personal training, massage therapy, exercise classes and more. For those at least 55 years old, the Senior Center features a variety of exciting enrichment opportunities to add variety to your active lifestyle. And if you are planning a wedding or special event this year, the Grand Hall at NRH Centre can accommodate parties up to 300 guests.
