Billing and payment issues should be directed to the Utility Customer Service Office at 817-427-6200. Phones are answered from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Water System Maintenance / Water Quality Issues
To report water and sewer main leaks or water quality issues, please contact the Public Works Service Center at 817-427-6440. Service Center hours are Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After hours, please call dispatch at 817-281-1000 to report a water or sewer emergency. They will contact the appropriate staff to respond. After hours, you may report non-emergency issues or concerns using our online reporting form
