North Richland Hills Animal Services is a division of the City of North Richland Hills Neighborhood Services Department. Animal Services works to help protect the health, safety and welfare of both people and animals in the community and operates the city's Animal Adoption & Rescue Center (AARC).
Goal
Our goal is to provide services to the public promptly and with professional precision tempered with compassion for those animals that can not speak for themselves. Our staff has been recognized both at the state and national level for outstanding excellence in both programs and performance of duties.

Reduce pet overpopulation
Return lost pets to their homes
Provide information and resources for urban wildlife
