City Holiday – No Garbage / Recycling Collection

Garbage and recycling will not be collected on Thanksgiving Day. Thursday’s collections will be made on Friday and Friday’s collections will shift to Saturday.
City Facilities

With the exception of public safety services, most city offices and facilities will be closed Nov. 26 and 27 for the Thanksgiving holiday including City Hall, Municipal Court and Richland Tennis Center. The Animal Adoption & Rescue Center and Library will be closed Nov. 26 - 28. The NRH Centre will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. the day after Thanksgiving. Iron Horse Golf Course is open on Thanksgiving morning and closed in the afternoon.
