The North Richland Hills City Council has called a Special Election for Tuesday, November 8, 2022 to fill a vacancy in City Council Place 5. In accordance with state law, the City Secretary's Office will accept applications from qualified persons interested in running for an elected office during the "filing period."
During the "filing period," qualified persons may file as a candidate between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and *5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays at the City Secretary's Office at City Hall, 4301 City Point Drive.
* The City Secretary's Office will be open until 6:00 p.m. on the last day of the filing period [Election Code, Section 201.054(f)].
