NRH2O New Attraction

Nitro Blast

This summer may be all but done, but next summer will be a BLAST … a NITRO BLAST at NRH2O Family Waterpark! This new attraction will be replacing the Green Extreme, which is being retired after giving us 26 seasons of thrills.

As the industry's first true-dueling water coaster, NITRO BLAST will feature RocketBLAST water propulsion, the industry's most powerful and efficient uphill water ride technology.  Riders will race through a dynamic race track, at multiple locations through the ride path riders can see and hear each other at RallyPOINTS and bank through engineered G-force power precision FlyingSAUCER open curves.

High energy and high capacity dual start tubs prepare racers in a bobsled-style racing that will start fuelling the excitement. Adrenaline rush at every point, racers will face off side-by-side in the heat of competition as sections harness jet propulsion to drive boats higher and faster.

Riders must be 42" or taller to ride. You will ride in a tube with a friend or by yourself.

This will be the ultimate water coaster you will not want to miss!

Don't miss the opportunity to take your last rides on the Green Extreme before it's gone! NRH2O Family Water Park is open weekends through Sept. 17.

North Richland Hills residents will be happy to know that NRH2O’s expenses, including construction of the new ride, are paid by the waterpark's revenue, not property taxes. Even better, NRH residents receive a discount on admission!
