Beginning next week, NRH residents may receive text messages from the public survey research platform FlashVote. The City of North Richland Hills is working with FlashVote to engage the community and gather valuable input from residents. If you receive a text message from FlashVote, we encourage you to sign up! You can also sign up now at https://www.flashvote.com/NRHTX or by calling 775-235-2240.
Sign up takes less than one minute and your input is always kept anonymous. Personal or demographic information collected by FlashVote is never shared with the City or anyone else. When you sign up, you can determine how surveys are received - whether by email, text or phone call. You will receive a notification whenever there is a new survey, and you will have 48 hours to participate before voting closes. Once a survey is closed, everyone who participated will automatically receive a summary of the overall results and be able to see how their responses compare to the group.
FlashVote will send a quick, one-minute survey to registered NRH participants about once per month. Input gathered will be used to help City officials and staff make more-informed decisions that better serve the community. Please watch for text messages to be sent next week and sign up so you don't miss the first survey – coming soon!
