Hoot Facebook Header

A spooktacular NRH family autumn tradition continues in 2019 with Hoot n’ Howl on Saturday, October 26 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Green Valley Park, 7701 Smithfield Road. This popular event has served as a safe and lively place to celebrate the pumpkin season for over 20 years.

Returning this year are the live owls and hawks from the Blackland Prairie Raptor Center.

The NRH community stage will be jam-packed with performers, including area children’s dance and vocal groups. Activities will include: a Haunted Hayride, midway games, tot games, storytelling, puppet show and candy for all. Admission, parking and activities are free and concessions will be available for purchase.

Volunteers from area schools and community organizations will assist with games and activities. Contact Ron Newman at the NRH Centre, rnewman@nrhtx.com, to sign up.
