Citizen Survey

Survey

The City of North Richland Hills invites residents to participate in its 2019 Citizen’s Survey. The survey is being mailed this week to 8,000 randomly selected households with the option to respond by mail or online. Additionally, any NRH resident can take the survey online at www.nrhtx.com/survey.

Some of the topics assessed on the survey are public safety, parks and recreation, streets and traffic, and customer service. It will take around 20 minutes to complete.

The city conducts a statistically valid citizen’s survey every other year. The purpose is to objectively assess the public’s satisfaction with city services and identify areas where improvements can be made. The 2019 survey is being conducted by National Service Research of Fort Worth. The results of the survey will help the City Council and staff in planning for the future of North Richland Hills.

Surveys will be accepted through November 5, 2019. All residents are encouraged to participate.
